Up to 4 Hours
$250 per hour - Cases with simple or limited issues:
personal injury
premises liability
wrongful death
$325 per hour - Cases with more involved or complex issues:
nursing home negligence
medical malpractice
civil rights
Complimentary Snacks will be provided for Counsel and Parties during In-Person Mediation.
Morning Session
9:00 AM — 1:00 PM
No travel charges to attorney’s office (if local)

1:30 PM — 5:30 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for Mediation must be submitted five (5) business days prior to the mediation date. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or via email with written or electronic signature.
