Danese Banks is the founder and CEO of Banks Mediation Services, PLLC. She is a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator and attorney. Prior to becoming a mediator, she was the Managing Partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, founded by the late Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr. She has been an attorney for over 28 years. During her tenure at Cochran, she resolved thousands of cases through settlement and trial and is highly respected by both Plaintiffs’ and Defense counsel alike.
Danese understands that every legal situation is different, presenting its own individual set of challenges. She will listen to your concerns and tailor her services to meet your specific needs by assisting you with further education regarding your case and in resolution of your particular conflict.
